Wan Muhd Ariff Ameer bin Wan Normazlan graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Multimedia University in 2015. He chambered in the Chambers of Messrs. Lua Mansor and was admitted as a Solicitor & Advocate on 29.4.2016. He is also qualified with a Diploma in Syariah Law Practice (DSLP) at the International Islamic University of Malaysia. He established Jagjit Ariff & Co as a Partner and is responsible for conducting criminal litigation cases, Shariah, real estate law and general civil litigation.
He is very experienced in handling criminal cases especially cases under the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, personal injury and fatal accident cases, banking litigation (Bankruptcy), and Wills and Administration of Estates. He also regularly handles criminal appeal cases, offences under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and Immigration cases.
At the same time, he is also responsible for handling matters of Islamic Wills, Hibah, and the distribution of small estates. With his years of experience, he heads the Civil and Judicial Review Department at JAC.
