JAC provides legal services on all types of criminal cases and at all levels of court. We have successfully defended clients facing offences including under the Penal Code, money laundering matters, commercial crime and drug trafficking cases.
Our criminal litigation team is experienced in handling clients under criminal investigations, attending to remand proceedings, bail proceedings, criminal applications, and criminal case management proceedings. We also handle criminal litigation hearings and trials under the Penal Code, the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, the Customs Act 1967, the AMLATFPUAA, the Child Care Centre Act, and the MACC Act.
We also handle matters of forfeiture of property under AMLATFPUAA, the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 and the MACC Act, as well as criminal appeal cases and offences under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and Immigration cases.
