JAC provides legal services in Syariah and Islamic law matters, headed by our Managing Senior Partner Wan Muhd Ariff Ameer bin Wan Normazlan, who holds a Diploma in Syariah Law Practice (DSLP) from the International Islamic University of Malaysia.
Our services include the drafting and preparation of Islamic Wills (Wasiat), Hibah (gift inter vivos), as well as the distribution of small estates under Syariah law. We provide legal advice and assistance to clients on all matters related to Islamic estate planning and administration.
